The glabella area is still very high^^ Still, I feel like today is a little better than yesterday^^ I took this after going into an empty office in the same building, but I don't like the background^^ There were staff members in the meeting room ^^ By the way, I had heard a lot that my face was small, but after taking a side-profile photo like this, my face is actually quite big^^;; Rather, the current nasal bridge height seems to suit me.. ^^ I haven't done any special management. I am strictly keeping no alcohol and no smoking^^ Cigarettes keep looking for me, but I have been trying hard to ignore the call of an old friend, so I think cigarettes must be very sulky^^ From the middle to the end of next month, I think I may be able to start smoking little by little, but after checking the condition, if it seems almost settled, I'll smoke, and if not, I plan to hold out until all absorption is complete^^ Having surgery done well and then ruining it because of poor aftercare would be about the most foolish thing to do^^
