I've been considering facial contouring surgery for the past few months. Originally, I wasn't really thinking of doing cheekbone surgery,, but I was told I would only see an effect if I did the cheekbones too,, I don't really have much anterior cheekbone projection, but my lateral cheekbones protrude a bit, so overall my face is long and wide. Since I'm 31 years old, they say cheekbone surgery should be done through a scalp incision to lower the chance of cheek sagging,, but a scalp incision really scares me, I heard these days they also combine an intraoral incision with a preauricular incision,,, Would that also not be much different from the situation when only an intraoral incision is used? And for a face like mine, would there be a frontal-view effect if I had square jaw surgery?
