Even with double eyelid surgery, I asked them to make it look natural, but it ended up looking very obvious. For nose surgery, I really want it to look pretty without looking obvious. They say the nose is the most important feature for men, so I’m really torn. My current nose is a bulbous nose, and when I asked, they said it’s not a bad nose, but if I do the surgery my image will change dramatically, so I’m conflicted.
