I’m in my 20s and concerned about my bulbous nose. I’m writing because I feel lost about whether I should have surgery, and if I do, what kind of surgery would be effective. I have a slight hump, and what bothers me most is that my nasal alae are a bit large. Do I need rhinoplasty? One additional reason I started considering rhinoplasty is that my mouth is small, so I wondered whether reducing the width of my nose might have the effect of making it look relatively longer. Please evaluate me frankly.
