Finally today, review after 3rd round of full-face fat grafting

I’m the type whose fat doesn’t come out easily, so I ate cup noodles.. and gained 6 kg. They got 180 cc, from my abdomen and flanks. During the 2nd round.. there wasn’t enough fat, so they only put in a little, but this time they clearly raised my forehead and nose. I.. only raised the nasal bridge. They said my nose doesn’t need tying or anything, and that I have a pretty face with just the nose done. They said later we should raise only the nose one more time. It was under sleep anesthesia, so it was so good. I’m happy that my forehead was raised clearly. They said they put in about 130 cc. They also put some into my head. I heard that if you put fat into the scalp, hair volume grows.. But it hurt. So they only put in a little there.. and decided to do it next time. I fasted in the morning.. started at 11:30 and finished at 3:30. At 6:30.. they removed the facial bandage.. put DuoDERM on the stitched areas of my face, and stitched my abdomen too. They said the abdomen was closed with dissolvable sutures, so I don’t have to worry. For the face, they said the stitches will be removed after 2 days and I can shower starting the next day. Washing my hair is the problem. I always hated looking poor and hollow because I had no fat on my face. I hope my facial fat stays like this and doesn’t go away. Other people say these days they don’t even bruise.. but I have bruising under my right eye... hmm.. Anyway, other people say their head and face hurt on surgery day.. but I’m glad those don’t hurt for me. Now.. I’m never doing fat grafting again. It would be nice if they used sleep anesthesia when harvesting too.. since it’s local anesthesia. I’m so hungry. I don’t smoke.. but they say if you smoke, and even if you’re next to someone who smokes.. all the fat disappears.. because of cigarettes. I actually really like cigarette smoke.. I think I’ll have to shut myself in.. all my friends smoke. I think I’ll have to run away from cigarettes for at least 2-3 weeks.
