Nose Re-Surgery

I went to the hospital and had a consultation. I’m thinking of leaving only the septal strut in place.

I wasn’t able to consult with the director, and this is what I discussed with the consultant. I went to the hospital and asked whether they had done septal extension, and I was told they didn’t know what septal extension was and that they had only built a strut with the septal cartilage. I’m wondering whether the nasal tip can originally be this hard and immovable even if it is made only with ear cartilage. The hospital really does not recommend total removal and says it could become a contracted-nose shape. So they recommend early correction, and they say they will remove the silicone that was inserted crookedly, and lower the nasal tip by shaving down the nasal tip by the amount of silicone removed, but if possible, I …
