My original nose is low and cute, and 10 years ago I had L-shaped silicone and ear cartilage surgery. I really didn’t know anything and rushed into it before my high school graduation ceremony I want to take everything out even now, but the silicone is about 35 mm, so if I remove it, I’m worried the center of my face will look too collapsed and the shape will lift. The doctor says to reposition the ear cartilage at the nasal tip, and if it’s not enough, use a little more ear cartilage. I started looking into removal because I hate the foreign-body sensation and the nasal tip showing through, but is the answer to just remove all the cartilage too and go back to my natural state?
