I'm debating between full removal vs removing only the silicone. They said the nasal tip and the support strut are both ear cartilage, so I don't think leaving them in would cause any problems for my body, but I'm wondering whether it would be better cosmetically. My nasal tip is already round now; if I remove the nasal tip cartilage, will it look even blunter? If I leave the nasal tip cartilage untouched and just remove the silicone, won't there be a visible border? Please help
