I had silicone, nasal tip ear cartilage, and septal extension. At the time of surgery in 2011, I was told they would only use silicone and ear cartilage. I think they also did a support strut. The inside of my right nose is where the septal extension is and there is a protruding area. If I only remove the extension, will that go away?
