I’m 3 months after total removal of septal cartilage, ear cartilage, and silicone, with cartilage repositioning, and I had the removal almost 2 years after my rhinoplasty. Before rhinoplasty I didn’t know, but after getting my nose done, my nose felt so hard and there was a foreign-body sensation too It was uncomfortable.
