I had surgery in the provinces 10 years ago, and had Gore-Tex and ear cartilage used. The columella has gone up, nasal deviation is visible too, and more than anything, because I have a bulbous nose and the upper nasal column is thick, no matter how much I improve other areas, it’s useless if the main focus, the nose, doesn’t improve. So the places I’m now looking into for consultations are around Sinsa: ㄹㅋㅋ, ㅁㅍㄽ, ㅅㅍㄽ; around Nonhyeon: ㅇㅇㅂ; and ㅁㅇㄷ - Director ㄱㅊ in Nonhyeon. What do you think?
