I had nose surgery using septal cartilage, ear cartilage, and donated dermis, but now that I’ve actually had it done, my nose feels too hard and uncomfortable. For now, I’m planning to wait while watching the swelling go down. If it still feels the same afterward, would it be possible to remove the cartilage and dermis grafted inside my nose?
