I think they said they remove the implant and things like the nasal septum, and then reposition the cartilage, but what exactly is cartilage repositioning? Is it something like placing the cartilage downward so the nasal tip doesn’t lift up and suturing it? But then, if they remove everything, does that mean a certain amount has to be left behind?
