Maybe they put in donated costal cartilage too large and too aggressively during my first surgery My nostrils looked like the number 11 and the foreign-body sensation was so severe that I had difficulty breathing, and it became so psychologically hard that I had it removed early. I had it removed exactly on day 14 after the first surgery, so now it’s day 4. I went to one of the three major places for removal, but they had a scheduled holiday this week, so I disinfected it myself with the disinfectant I received and took off the tape, and seriously, I was so shocked. My original nose was also ugly, with a severe arrow-shaped nose and a dorsal hump, but it has almost gone back to my natural nose, and with the swelling added on top, I’m a dorsal-hump-nose lump Still, I feel so much more at ease mentally, so that’s good…
