One option is removing the cartilage showing through at the nasal tip with a non-open approach, but I’m scared what shape it’ll droop into if it’s removed. The second is also with a non-open approach, trimming the nasal tip cartilage and then placing artificial dermis over it, they said. But if it’s done like that, it seems like the nasal tip will get higher and feel really tight. Will it be okay? And if I have non-open surgery, how are the swelling and bruising?
