It’s been 28 years, and I had surgery with only an L-shaped silicone implant using a closed approach. When it had been about 20 years, I looked into removing it, but I was scared and didn’t have the courage. But now I’m really at the age where I need to remove it. I went to ㄱㅇㅅ and ㅍㄹㅁ, two places, and both explained it as closed-approach L-shaped implant removal, capsule removal, and cartilage repositioning. The surgical conditions are the same, but ㅍㄹㅁ is 800-something thousand won more expensive. Both places said my original nose shape would come back and it would not lift, but assuming there is no inflammation or contracture, I’m so, so curious how it was for people after removal at those two clinics…
