I want to remove the silicone and lower the nose tip a bit because of a step-off issue. In this kind of case, is it still better to go to one of the top three places famous for nose removal? I've heard the top three for removal have somewhat weaker aesthetic sense, so if it were inflammation or contracture, I would choose one of the top three right away. But I'm not trying to remove it because of inflammation or contracture symptoms, so I'm conflicted. The nose itself turned out pretty and well-done. In this case, would it be better to do it at the hospital that originally operated on me? Honestly, the cost is also an issue.
