Because of anxiety, I’m scheduled for early silicone removal. There’s no inflammation. The director said the nasal tip needs cartilage repositioning. If I do cartilage repositioning, even though there won’t be silicone, the nasal tip will still be hard and I still won’t be able to make a pig nose, right? I think I have a columellar strut I just want to remove the septal cartilage too and have everything removed Is there anyone here who had surgery to remove everything, including the columellar strut?
