I’m a middle-aged woman, and they inserted the silicone very low, so at first it looked natural, but as time passed the implant became visible and the borders became distinct, so I’m planning a revision surgery. My nose was originally on the large side, so I even thought about taking it out, but I’ve heard many people say I looked prettier after the surgery, so I don’t have the confidence to go back to how I looked before. I went to Apgujeong ㅊㅇㅅ for a consultation and made a reservation, but I’m feeling uneasy. They said they’d do the tip with septal cartilage, and if after removing it the nose is a little low, they’d use cartilage for that too... I chose this because I wanted absolutely no surgical signs and a natural look, but I’m worried that if I remove the implant, I might end up regretting that it was worse than keeping it. I decided after thinking about whether to take out the silicone and live without it, but now I’m worrying again that I might have new problems after surgery.
