I’m worried the nasal bridge will become flat after removing the implant, so I want to cover it with dermis, but the hospital I went to today recommended autologous dermis from the buttock. I know there are quite a few well-known single-doctor clinics that use Megaderm, but I heard it’s a material that hasn’t been used for very long, so I’m considering autologous dermis. If anyone here has used autologous dermis from the buttock during revision surgery, I’m curious how much gets absorbed and whether the buttock scar bothers you. I’ve actually seen the scar from harvesting buttock dermis before, and I was surprised because it was bigger than I expected
