Today marks three weeks, and even before revision rhinoplasty my columella was a bit crooked, and the nasal tip cartilage was deviated to one side, so that's why I had the silicone and cartilage removed. Maybe because of that, my nose looks uneven. Is this ruined? I really don't want to have revision surgery again, and it's frustrating
