I need to resume the dental treatment I was getting before surgery.. Would that be okay? Somehow, when I open my mouth wide, it feels like my nose moves.. And on the 5th day, I had the stitches removed, and from the next day I gently washed my face.. It had been a while since I washed my face..;; I used warm water, but when the warm water touched my nose, it turned red from the middle of the nasal bridge to the nasal tip.. I didn’t do the nasal tip, only the nasal bridge with about 2.5 mm silicone.. And around when would I be able to do running like jogging? Please leave replies if you have experience
