I had my nasal tip done with autologous costal cartilage, but it’s too hard and the shape isn’t pretty, so I’m considering removal I also had the hump on the nasal bridge shaved down, and they said they placed something slightly on top, but I don’t remember what it was. The methods for removing implants all seem pretty similar, but is there a reason the so-called top three are especially famous? There were price differences, so would I regret it if I don’t go to one of the top three? Everyone here who has had autologous costal cartilage removed, could you tell me which hospital you had surgery at and how it was? Since costal cartilage itself is so hard, I’m curious whether after removing it, the nose returned to its original pre-surgery shape.
