I’m thinking about removal, but the term “repositioning” is confusing to me. When people say nasal tip cartilage repositioning, what kind of process is that? It seems like removal and nasal tip cartilage repositioning are almost standard, but does repositioning mean loosening the two cartilages on both sides so they become soft? Is tying the cartilage a temporary method to keep the nasal tip from drooping? I’m worried that when removing it, my nose will spread out flat exactly like my original nose Even after taking a CT, they said they couldn’t tell whether it’s silicone or Gore-Tex, so I’m not sure, but there is Gore-Tex and ear cartilage in the nasal tip…
