Is there anyone who had a glamorous nose done with donated costal cartilage at the nasal tip and silicone on the nasal bridge, but removed only the silicone? I’m trying to remove it because of silicone tenderness, but my nose became really glamorous from the bridge to the tip… I saw a post saying that even if the silicone was placed through an open approach, it can be removed through a closed approach, so I’m considering removal. But if the nasal tip is glamorous, when only the silicone is removed, will it become a witch’s nose? Should I just remove the silicone through an open approach and redo the nasal tip too?
