Tomorrow will be one month since my total nasal tip removal, and I don’t know if this will help, but I’ll leave a review. I removed silicone last year, so this time I had total removal of the nasal tip septal cartilage. It hurt more than my primary surgery, and until two weeks, I had a tingling, stinging feeling in the nasal tip or inside. Now there’s no tingling, and when I move my lips like “um-pa um-pa,” there’s a bit of a pulling sensation in the columella, and the nose is hard. I don’t know when it will soften. So far, I don’t have a contraction phase or columellar retraction. The nose shape is between my original nose and my operated nose. The nasal tip is less spread out than my original nose. So I’m satisfied.
