First of all, I’ve had my nose done twice, and it’s been 15 years. My skin is very thin, so the silicone and the ear cartilage at the nasal tip show through, and there’s a straight horizontal mark/boundary that looks like the silicone and cartilage have separated. It shows whenever I talk, so it’s stressful. I had 3 mm silicone inserted, and they said they slightly shaved down a hump. Should I remove everything, just redo the nasal tip, or completely redo the whole thing? I’m going crazy
