Because it was revision surgery, at first I thought it was ruined that they would raise my nasal tip, which had collapsed, using only ear cartilage. My nasal bridge is very low, so temporalis fascia wasn’t possible and using silicone was unavoidable. Is this basically telling me not to get rhinoplasty? Why is everyone’s nose so high?
