Do I not need to worry? During consultations, many said to leave the columellar strut. I don’t have contracture or inflammation, I didn’t have septal extension surgery, and if everything is removed while leaving the columellar strut, what is the chance of a shape change a few years later? I’m worried my nose might suddenly droop or spread. I thought I’d feel at ease if I removed things, but do I need to watch the condition for years afterward? I’m also curious when you would consider the shape to be settled, at least in terms of the stable period.
