I had non-implant rhinoplasty, but they pulled it straight out forward, so it became a witch nose, arrow nose, dragon nose. Ha, I paid money and my nose got uglier. I’m curious if there are people whose nostrils went up after nose surgery too I went to the clinic and asked, and they said if they lift the arrow nose, it’ll become an upturned nose. Is that right?
