Whenever my skin itches and I scratch it, it turns like this. My cheek skin, not just my nose, sometimes gets allergic reactions too. But maybe because I have silicone inserted, it feels like allergy-like bumps come up on my nose more often. It itches like a bug bite, and if I scratch it, it becomes red and raised, then quickly settles down. This has happened every few months, and after a few hours or days it calms down, but today I suddenly feel tenderness I’m wondering whether I can just live like this or whether I should remove it, because I’m scared of contracture
