I have removal surgery coming up soon. A long time ago, I had septal extension grafting done with ear cartilage. No septal cartilage was harvested. I haven't decided whether to leave the strut in or not, and I'm worrying about what to do. 1. If you removed the strut, were you satisfied with the shape, and did the nose not become upturned? 2. Is there anyone whose lip shape improved after removing the strut? I feel like lip asymmetry developed after the columellar strut was placed. I'm curious about reviews
