Right now I don’t have silicone, and at PRM I’m only going to leave the support strut, remove the nasal tip cartilage, and do alar repositioning. Has anyone had problems after doing this with a closed approach? The hospital says they can do it… This will be my 3rd surgery, so I’m scared of a columellar scar and am thinking of doing it closed. Do you think it’ll be okay?
