Doesn’t my nose shape look like a bulbous nose? My nostrils are small -_- So relatively, that flesh is thick. Can that kind of thing be made thinner too? The nasal bridge is high, but the lower part looks like garlic -_- Maybe I need to have the nasal tip tied What do you think? But if I tie the nasal tip.................... I feel like the nostrils will get even smaller and I won’t be able to breathe....
