All of a sudden, it feels like a throbbing tightness and like my nose is lifting, so I’m researching online, but I feel lost about what I should ask when I go for a hospital consultation. Since it could be something like inflammation-related contracture, I’m worried I might just get dragged along with whatever the doctor says to do. I’m also wondering how many clinics I should visit. How do you choose a hospital/clinic?
