Someone asked me to upload it, so I’m posting my surgery review ^^; So I went on time on the day of surgery. When I got there, there were so many people -ㅅ- And as soon as I arrived, they confirmed my reservation, gave me a prescription, and told me to go buy the medicine. I got the prescription and bought the medicine, and they told me to take one pill. So I took it and sat down to wait. After waiting a bit, I went back into the consultation room. I confirmed what I had discussed before with the director, and then lay down on the operating table.... The nurse wrapped my hair tightly with something like a shower cap, and disinfected my face. I lay there waiting while chatting away with the nurse. Then the director appeared! The surgery began hahahahaha At first, it felt like they were drawing on top of my eyes. Then the doctor told me they were going to anesthetize me. People said it hurt, so I was really tense... But it didn’t hurt as much as I thought Maybe I’m the type anesthesia works well on When the director massaged my eyes with their hands, my eyes felt numb and tingling as the anesthesia took effect. Then the director cut with a scalpel -_-;; After that, the doctor said they were going to burn the fat with a laser, and they burned away the fat with the laser;;; Other people said it smelled like burning squid, but to me it smelled like removing a mole Anyway, it smelled pretty bad Then the doctor said again that because they were removing fat, my eyes might feel a bit dry and uncomfortable and might hurt. So I tensed up again, and my eyes did feel dry and uncomfortable, but it didn’t hurt haha Then they stitched both eyes alternately. They kept stitching for quite a while, and I focused really hard on the radio I tried my best not to pay attention to the surgery I focused on the radio like I was concentrating on the listening section of the first-period Korean language exam during the college entrance exam Then they told me to open my eyes, and stitched again. I think I opened each eye two or three times like that. But as time passed, the anesthesia gradually wore off. When the anesthesia was working well, I couldn’t even feel the stitching, but then I could feel, like, oh, they’re stitching this part now.. and I could feel the needle going in, and when it wore off more, it just felt very slightly prickly. A level a little weaker than prickly When the surgery was all done, the nurse handed me a mirror, and the doctor told me to look in the mirror. When I looked, there was some kind of monster -_-.......................... After that, the director put tape on me hehe Then the nurse took off the shower cap and guided me somewhere I went into a room, and there was a TV and a bed in that room. They had me lie down on it and gave me something for compresses, so I did compresses;; After doing compresses for about 20 minutes? I came home. I forgot to bring both a hat and sunglasses, and my hair was just -_-................................. I wore the hood of my jacket, lowered my head all the way, and went home in my mom’s car I was lucky the radio they had on during surgery happened to have something fun playing And I also liked that the director explained each thing one by one, like saying they were anesthetizing when they were anesthetizing, and burning fat when they were burning fat But getting double eyelid surgery didn’t hurt, it was hard afterward Still, I recover quickly, so I got my energy back soon
