Premium nose vs silicone + ear cartilage

These are photos from virtual plastic surgery I tried at <ㅇㅇㅎ> after a consultation with a female doctor. No. 3 is my original nose. (I have almost no glabella area, and my nasal tip is round. The length is a little short compared with my face. It seems like just an ordinary nose..) No. 2 was edited in Photoshop based on the nose I want. They said they would use 3 mm silicone for the nasal bridge + ear cartilage or AlloDerm. No. 3 is literally a premium nose using costal cartilage. The nose I want is No. 2. I just want it to look as natural as possible, and I liked my rounded nasal tip well enough.. People often tell me I look cute.. So I’m worried that if I have surgery, that image might all disappear.. The side profile comes out like No. 2, but would the front view be okay too? My parents say there’s hardly any difference between my current No. 3 and the No. 2 I’d change to, and ask why I’d go through all that trouble, telling me to just live as I am.. I had the virtual simulation here, but I’m thinking of having surgery at ㅋㅇㅁ.. There too, just like at ㅇㅇㅎ, they recommended 3 mm silicone + ear cartilage for the nasal tip. Would it be okay if I did it?0 Even 3 mm makes me nervous that it might look too obvious and too high, and I’m also torn between doing it at ㅋㅇㅁ or ㅇㅇㅎ.. At ㅊㅇㅅ, they said my nose is a bit deviated and that if I also have deviated-nose correction and raise it with more than 4 mm silicone, it would at least be noticeable-0- And they’d do the nasal tip with nasal cartilage.. But the director at ㅋㅇㅁ said my nose can’t really be called a deviated nose and that there’s no need for correction surgery either.. Hmm... what do you all think.. 0It’s an endless chain of worries... There definitely is a difference between No. 3 and No. 2, right??? The younger consultant at ㅇㅇㅎ also, when it was just the two of us, said that if I wanted it natural, No. 2 seemed better, but then said if I was going to make it that natural, why even have surgery-0- After hearing that, I went to ㅋㅇㅁ, and someone who had surgery two days earlier had come in for a check-up. She said she had raised it by 2 mm, and it looked so natural and pretty.. But then again, it also seemed like it didn’t show enough.. At that time I had decided on ㅋㅇㅁ.. The consultant was also very kind.. (saying she was going to have it done this time too;;) Everyone!! It would be better for me to do it too, right!! If I have almost no glabella area, 3 mm would be better than 2 mm, right?,,
