I went to get it done because of my upturned nose, and ended up correcting the hump too. I’m a man. They shaved the bone, inserted 1 mm, and used septal cartilage. I asked them to make it look as unnoticeable as possible. Because my skin doesn’t stretch well, I don’t think I got much effect for the upturned nose. The side profile seems better, but the front is a bit... To me now, it keeps looking obvious, so I’m thinking about removing the septal cartilage and everything. Does it look obvious? Especially when I smile. Other people say I still look funny, so it doesn’t seem like I had surgery, but what do you think will happen if I remove it? I should’ve just lived with my cursed nose anyway. Ah, I don’t want to care about it, but I keep caring~ Please leave comments.
