I was thinking about jaw surgery. I got Botox yesterday first to see how it goes before deciding. Other than the prickling sensation when I got the injections, there was nothing unusual. But when I looked in the mirror today, when I clench my teeth or move my molars, my jaw muscles bulge abnormally and protrude a lot.. Is this normal.... If I keep my mouth closed still, it's okay, but even if my molars just touch slightly, they bulge... It looks unpleasant.T.T Did anyone who got Botox have symptoms like this early on? They said it would be enough to limit foods like gum or squid, but are there any other precautions? I'm also worried for no reason that it might not work. Hoping for advice from people who have gotten Botox.... They say the effect starts to show after 2 months, so I'll post again then.
