When I woke up this morning, the swelling was at its absolute peak lol It was hard to open my eyes~ I slept with a cold pack on at night, but sure enough, when I woke up it had been tossed aside~ As soon as I got up, I cooled things down a bit with a cold compress, then played on the computer, went to the bank, and went to the hospital for disinfection. Then I went to the bookstore for a bit and visited a friend’s place~ So today, after waking up in the morning, I only managed to do the compress once~ I just got home a little while ago~^^ Now I can start warm compresses, so it’s not something I absolutely have to do~ Cold compresses are a must to minimize swelling, but warm compresses are something you do diligently if you want the swelling and bruising to go away faster~ So I’ll probably only manage one warm compress before bed today.. That means the bruising and swelling may go down a little more slowly^^;; Oh ho.. this time I boldly exposed even my nose lol The stitches come out on Wednesday, and I leave the country on Thursday! Until then, I’ll keep diligently posting progress updates like this. I’ll keep taking photos after I come back too, so I’ll upload them all~ But if I use facial massage, my eyes may swell again, so it might be pointless.. I looked at a lot of posts and got a lot of information from this community!^^ I’ll give back that much~
