Nasolabial contouring + paranasal augmentation, the day after surgery

My face is starting to swell more and more. Maybe yesterday was nothing in comparison. The moment I looked in the mirror, I wondered if there was a gorilla there.. That's how bad it felt. But because I have experienced this once before, I wasn't particularly flustered or anything. As before, I got a gosiwon room, but there are so many people passing by around here that it's a bit embarrassing ㅡㅡ;;; After coming back from treatment and looking again, I was more swollen than in the morning. The swelling is a problem, but my mouth also doesn't open well. I have a retainer inside my mouth, and even putting it in and taking it out has become a task. (On top of that, I'm not supposed to brush my teeth until tomorrow;) I want to know how my face will change, but of course it's still too early. In about 1 week, the general contour should come out... I'm looking forward to it, but at the same time I'm extremely worried. The doctor who performed the procedure said he made the nasal tip a bit high, and if it looks too high, he would lower it for me, but.. Thinking about having to do that again.. is kind of painful ㅡㅡ;; When I had my first nose surgery, I woke up in the recovery room... but yesterday, the total surgery time was 6 hours, so I was awake for about 4-5 hours. (I heard everything the nurses were saying during surgery -_-; Of course, I also joined in the conversation sometimes;) They were working on my nose for a while, and at first I didn't know, but suddenly it started hurting badly. The sensation had come back. Not knowing that, I thought it was supposed to hurt even with anesthesia, so I was holding it in, but I really couldn't stand it anymore. Then they gave another injection of anesthesia directly into my nose. (This hurt the most -_-;;;) And then, during the paranasal augmentation, more local anesthesia inside my mouth.. It was enough to make the purpose of sedation anesthesia feel meaningless. Anyway, I really don't want to do that(?) again. I only hope the result turns out well.
