Please take a look at me

At the beginning of this month, I had a closed rhinoplasty with silicone to raise the bridge and ear cartilage for the nasal tip.. But now, this Saturday will make it almost one month, and my friends keep asking where on earth I had surgery... I’m upset.. My ear hurts behind the ear because of the ear cartilage, and my nose still hurts too.. On top of that, they said I had a slight hump. The doctor did.. But it feels like the nasal bridge is gradually getting lower.. and the tip is so blunt.. Some people around me even say my previous impression was better.. They ask if my nose is the same and only the area between my eyes got closer.. Not a single person says it came out pretty.. Where did you get it done?? When did you do it? Why didn’t I notice?? Everyone is like this.. Is the swelling on my nasal tip still not gone?? Or will it stay exactly like this?? The doctor says it will go down.. But when I look at it, I don’t think the swelling will go down.. People are telling me to request revision surgery, but what on earth should I do?? I’m so upset I could die.. It still hurts... and my nose is just the same as before.. Please give me advice... If possible, I want to have revision surgery... I wonder if the same hospital will do it for me.. In the photos, number 1 is before surgery.. number 2 is after.. The lighting brightness is different, so number 2 will look more soft and bright.. This Saturday, after getting the stitches removed, I’m going to the hospital for my first follow-up check, but I don’t even know what to say... I’m sure from the hospital’s standpoint.. they’ll talk about it in a positive way... If even one person said my nose was pretty, wouldn’t that mean it was a success??ㅡㅡ But even my mom.. says what’s different between having nose surgery and not having it.. that I’m only in pain and they just took out ear cartilage.. that I only suffered, and seeing that I still can’t wash my face properly makes her feel sorry for me..
