Nasal implant removal. I have questions, please help!!

I had hump nose surgery exactly 1 year ago. 1. Osteotomy on both sides of the nose 2. Shaved the protruding part on the nasal bridge (hump) and placed silicone above that area. 3. Built up the nasal tip with ear cartilage. The shape of the nasal tip came out natural, so I liked it, but the area between my eyebrows became too high, making my impression look strong, and my nose is also slightly deviated to the side. The dorsum is red too. I wanted to remove the silicone, so I went to consultations at several places, and in the end narrowed it down to two places. One is the original hospital, and the other is the hospital where my friend had surgery. The original hospital is a place where I had another surgery before, so I trusted them and got my nose surgery there too. The doctor’s surgical skill itself is good, but I guess he doesn’t do a lot of nose surgeries. The doctor said it would look pretty even if we just remove the silicone, and said we should just reuse the ear cartilage already inside for the nasal tip. There is no revision surgery fee. It was originally a hospital I trusted, but after one nose surgery turned out not to my liking, I’m scared to entrust it to them again. He’s not someone who specializes in nose surgery either.. (he specializes in two-jaw surgery). I heard revision rhinoplasty is harder, but he says not to worry this time and that it will go well, which actually makes me more worried;; Is he saying that because silicone is easy to remove, or because it’s a free surgery.. The second hospital I went to isn’t very famous online, but my friend did well there, and they said the doctor does a lot of revision rhinoplasty too. The doctor there told me that after removing the silicone, I need the dorsum refined with septal cartilage and the nasal tip all worked on as well. But thinking about touching everything again makes me uneasy. I’m worried that if we mess with it for no reason, even the parts that are okay might all turn strange.. But the doctor said that, structurally, it’s not possible to touch only the glabella area. And he told me the silicone seems to be lifted and moves a lot (I didn’t really feel that though;;) But when I look at cosmetic surgery cafes or anti-cosmetic-surgery cafes, there are many people who had side effects after nose surgery using septal cartilage.. They say septal cartilage later all sticks together, so if something goes wrong, it’s really hard to detach too.. When I told the doctor that using septal cartilage felt a bit burdensome, he said that if a patient can’t trust the doctor and tries to choose surgical materials the way they want, then he can’t operate, and if that’s the case I should go back to the hospital where I had the original surgery, so I was a bit flustered;; (I mean, can’t I even ask?;) If you were me, which of the two would you go to?
