Revision rhinoplasty photos.. (taking the photos down^^)

Ah! This photo is after the revision surgery~ I only had the nasal tip done~ At first it was too thin, so I had it redone into a rounder shape. I posted a photo once before too.. I think the nose that suits your own face is the prettiest~ I replied to those who sent me private messages~^^ For those who have had nasolabial augmentation, please share information^^ My dentist said I might look better if I got nasolabial augmentation, so ever since then it has kept bothering me^^ Once you do one thing, other things start catching your eye... Through surgery, I’m realizing all over again how important harmony really is~ It’s been about 3 months since my revision rhinoplasty~ It’s silicone and cartilage. I’m uploading all views from above, front, and side. The area next to my nose is deeply sunken. The part circled in red.. Is the surgery for this nasolabial augmentation? Should I get nasolabial augmentation, or should I get fat grafting.. Please share information on places that are good at it. After my nose surgery it had been fine, but since 2 days ago, the tip of my nose has been tingling, and it hurts when I touch it. Could it be inflamed? The hospital told me to buy and take anti-inflammatory medication.. Has anyone had this happen?
