Please give me advice

I had a nose consultation, and since I have some bridge height, they won’t touch the bridge, and with an open approach using septal cartilage, they’ll do the tip and reduce the nostril wings~ I have a slight hump, so rather than shaving it, they said they would fill the area between the tip and the slight hump with a thin implant (probably silicone)~ But this is my first surgery, so would septal cartilage be okay? There’s also ear cartilage, but the doctor specifically recommends septal cartilage...;; They also recommended a beoseon-style nose,,, Would a beoseon-style nose with septal cartilage look too unnatural and like a piggy nose? And the open approach, my skin is a bit,, sensitive?;; anyway, even the area where I had neck surgery before has the scar area raised in a sunken-looking way, should I say?
