Among the hospitals where I had consultations, one told me to get fat removal too, and another said I didn’t need it, but in the end I had surgery at the hospital that said I didn’t need it. So I ended up only getting buried-suture double eyelid surgery and epicanthoplasty, and the line and epicanthoplasty came out naturally. BUT my upper eyelid has become thicker than before (currently day 6 after surgery) Is this because of swelling, or because I didn’t get fat removal?? I like the line and the epicanthoplasty, but the thick upper eyelid is the problem~ Will this also resolve with time?
