The osteotomy wasn’t done properly. One side is smooth, but on the other side the bone is bumpy and protruding. When I touch it with my hand, I can feel the bone About 10 days after surgery, the doctor said it might be because of swelling, so let’s check after a month and decide again then. Not only that, my nasal tip was a bit long and it was a droopy, arrow-shaped nose. But even after surgery, my nasal tip still looks a bit long.. Can the nasal tip also be reduced with a closed approach???
