This is a nose that had contracture due to inflammation afterward. I really don’t want to open up my nose anymore, but.. From the front, my nostrils look pointy and visible like I drew, and from the side I feel like the angle and columella are too lacking.. The hospital where I had it done said they would prefer I don’t do anything more, but if I want, there is a method of lowering the nostril rim. Should I try it?ᩚ Or would it be better to look into another hospital and have revision surgery꒦ິ^꒦ິ Please help me.. I haven’t even been able to work for 3 years and have just been like this It’s been just under 6 months now
