My surgery was botched

I had surgery in January Incision + epicanthoplasty + lateral canthoplasty That's what I had done On top of that, from what I could see, I needed ptosis correction, but they said it was just sagging skin and wouldn't do it Then during the surgery, they suddenly said my left eye had ptosis and did a little bit, apparently. I don't think it was done at all Even though I had this much done, all the swelling went down in just 2 weeks, and by about a month it became completely clean like other people after 1 year, and from the 3rd month everything came undone. (On top of everything coming undone, multiple lines form too, and my eyes are a total mess) I'm planning to have revision surgery in July. Can I get a refund for this? I really want to get one If I have surgery at the same place, won't they just make it like this again? How should I say it? Oh, and the eye on the left side in the photo had a line that was never properly set from the beginning, so it looked strange Even if they say they'll do revision surgery again, I'm scared to leave it to this doctor again Do they give refunds?
