2 weeks since nose surgery~.;; Why does the front view...;;

Hello^^ It's already almost been 2 weeks since my nose surgery~. Tomorrow is the 2-week mark, so I'm going to the hospital for a follow-up.... Ah.. it didn't come out even half as much as I expected, so I'm really depressed.;; I raised it 3.5 mm with silicone.. Is it normally not noticeable from the front?. It's not much different from my nose before.. the front view.. The left and right side profiles have at least improved a lot compared to before.. but the front view is.. really..;.. In a dark place with slight lighting, it looks like I had a little something done... but during the day, when I just look in the mirror, it still seems blunt and puffy.. I'm so bothered by it.. I feel like dying.. On top of that, it even looks crooked~.;. I'm going to the hospital tomorrow, but this is really stressing me out.;;.. Hmm... But even after surgery, is the front view normally not supposed to look higher?.;;
